WhatsApp coexistence is a Cloud API capability that lets you run the official API without forcing the business to abandon WhatsApp Business on mobile or WhatsApp Web. For agencies, that is the sales argument: automate with an agent + multi-user inbox without “kidnapping” the number. What coexistence is not
