1. Who we are

42agents (“we”) operates a white-label platform for agencies in Latin America to resell WhatsApp AI agents under their own brand. This policy describes how we handle personal data when you visit 42agents.app, message us, or use the service.

2. What we collect

Depending on how you use us, we may process:

  • Contact data: name, email, company, and the content of messages you send us (for example to hola@42agents.app or WhatsApp).
  • Account data: if we onboard you as an agency, billing data, platform users, domain or subdomain, and each account’s configuration.
  • WhatsApp data: messages, conversation metadata, and numbers connected through Meta’s Cloud API, as needed to operate the inbox and AI agent.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and error or security logs.

3. Why we use it

  • Respond to access requests and provide support.
  • Provide, maintain, and improve the platform.
  • Operate AI agents and inbox on connected WhatsApp lines.
  • Invoice the agency for active accounts.
  • Meet legal obligations and Meta policies.

4. WhatsApp, Meta, and AI

42agents is a Meta Tech Provider and connects via Cloud API. WhatsApp messages are processed to provide the service to your agency and your clients’ accounts. Meta also processes that data under its own policies.

The AI agent uses the key configured by the agency or its client (OpenAI or OpenRouter today). Content needed to generate replies is sent to that provider. Whoever supplies the key pays AI usage, not 42agents.

In this model, the agency (and, where relevant, its end client) is responsible for informing people who write on WhatsApp and for having a legal basis for that processing. 42agents processes those messages to operate the infrastructure.

5. Cookies

The site uses cookies or technical storage strictly needed to function. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this page. If we add analytics later, we will update this section.

6. Retention and recipients

We keep data as long as needed to provide the service, invoice, resolve incidents, and comply with the law. We may share data with hosting, email, billing, Meta, and the AI provider you configure, only for those purposes.

7. Your rights

Depending on your country, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing of your personal data, and object to certain uses. Write to hola@42agents.app. If the request relates to conversations of an agency’s client, we may route it to that agency.

8. Changes

If we update this policy, we will change the “Last updated” date on this page.
