Terms of service

1. The service

42agents offers a white-label platform for agencies and software shops to resell WhatsApp AI agents under their own brand, domain, or subdomain. There is a 7-day free trial on any plan. Signup is available at https://dashboard.42agents.app/sign-up. Account setup is a separate step.

By using the site or contracting the service, you accept these terms. If you disagree, do not use the platform.

2. Accounts and responsibilities

We invoice you, the agency, for each active account. What you charge your clients is your business: we do not sit in the middle of that second charge. Each account includes, depending on the plan, WhatsApp lines and platform users.

  • You are responsible for your users, agent configuration, and the relationship with your end clients.
  • You must use credentials securely and tell us if you detect unauthorized use.
  • On Premium, the custom domain is yours to configure; on Pro you use a subdomain of ours with your agency’s name.

3. WhatsApp and Meta

We operate as an official Meta Tech Provider, on Cloud API, with coexistence: the number can stay in WhatsApp Business and WhatsApp Web. WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. 42agents is not affiliated with Meta.

You and your clients must follow WhatsApp Business and Meta policies. Meta’s per-conversation fees are not included in our plans. Use that violates those policies can lead to number or account restrictions outside our control.

4. Artificial intelligence

The AI agent is optional. Each account connects its own key (OpenAI or OpenRouter). Whoever provides the key pays usage. Agent replies can be inaccurate or incomplete; they do not replace human judgment. You must offer a way for a person to take the conversation when the end customer asks.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

  • Spam, phish, defraud, or host illegal content.
  • Infringe third-party rights or Meta policies.
  • Attempt to access systems, data, or accounts that are not yours.
  • Hide these terms from anyone operating an account under your white-label.

6. Availability and changes

We take care of infrastructure, updates, and Meta compliance, but the service is provided “as is.” There may be interruptions from maintenance, third-party failures (Meta, AI providers, hosting), or force majeure.

We may update features, plans, or these terms. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the product. Continued use after notice is acceptance.

7. Billing and cancellation

Current prices are on the pricing page or in the proposal we send you. The billing unit is the active account, not the agency. If you cancel, access ends at the close of the period already invoiced, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, 42agents is not liable for lost profits, data loss, Meta bans, model errors, or indirect damages. Our total liability for the service, if any, will not exceed what the agency paid in the three months before the event.
