Utility and authentication tiers apply to the volume you enter for this market: each band uses its own rate, and the count resets monthly at the business-portfolio level. Meta charges per delivered message on the WhatsApp Business Platform, by category and by the user’s phone-number market. This calculator uses the USD rate card effective October 1, 2026: marketing and service at list rate; utility and authentication with marginal volume tiers; authentication-international only where Meta publishes it. The first 1,000 service messages per business phone number each month are free. It is not an invoice: it does not simulate the free entry point window or the messaging-account timezone. 42agents software (USD 39 or 117) and BYOK tokens are separate. Meta Business Agent is billed at USD 2 per million tokens, also separate.

    Enter how many delivered messages you expect in the month. Utility and authentication split the volume into tiers; service subtracts 1,000 free messages per number.
